20+ Items? Ask About Free Business Pickup
Businesses and organizations within Maricopa County with roughly 20 or more qualifying computers, laptops, or servers (or 10 or more if you’re within 10 miles of our Peoria facility) typically qualify for free pickup. Outside Maricopa County, we generally still charge for pickup even at 20+ items, unless it’s a large enough load to make sense on a case-by-case basis. Fewer Than That? Drop Off Instead
Below those thresholds, there’s no minimum to drop equipment off yourself, free of charge, at either of our two locations:

Every device that could hold data — wherever it’s collected in Maricopa County — is secured on intake and either wiped with certified software or physically destroyed if it can’t be wiped. What We Accept
Computers, laptops, servers, monitors, printers, networking equipment, cables, and most consumer and business electronics. TVs are accepted only alongside at least one computer or laptop per TV, and only at our Peoria location. We don’t take medical devices or kitchen appliances.
